Discussion messages provide an easy way for you to communicate directly with a specific group or team. They are different to the comments you're able to place on individual broadcasts, and won't be included as part of any incident report on completion of a broadcast.Anyone can send and receive discussion messages, depending on the groups and teams that you have access to.
