Option 1: Move files with your Google Account

You can upload, view, share, and edit files with Google Drive to access them on both your computer and smartphone.

Please note: When you upload a file to Google Drive, it will take up space in your Drive, even if you upload to a folder owned by someone else.

On your computer, you can upload from drive.google.com or your desktop. You can upload files into private or shared folders.

  1. On your computer, go to drive.google.com.
  2. At the top left, click New and then  File Upload.
  3. Choose the file you want to upload.

  1. On your computer, go to drive.google.com.
  2. Open or create a folder.
  3. To upload files and folders, drag them into the Google Drive folder.
Use Backup & Sync
  1. Install the application on your computer.
  2. On your computer, you'll see a folder called "Google Drive."
  3. Drag files or folders into that folder. They will upload to Drive and you will see them on drive.google.com.
Copy the BART sounds to your smartphone

Change your BART notifications

Settings > Apps & Notifications > See all from last 7 days > BART > Notifications

OR

Settings > Apps & Notifications >See all (number) apps >BART >Notifications


You should see 2 options where you can change your tones:

  • bart_std_pager5
  • newmessage

Tap each of the options and choose one of the BART tones provided in the zip folder you downloaded.

Option 2: Move files with a USB cable

  1. Unlock your phone
  2. With a USB cable, connect your phone to your computer
  3. On your phone, tap the "Charging this device via USB" notification
  4. Under "Use USB for," select File Transfer
  5. A file transfer window will open on your computer - use it to drag files
  6. When you're done, eject your phone
  7. Unplug the USB cable
