All members require a valid license in order to use the BART system. First-time members are able to trial the software for 30 days before purchasing, where you'll be provided with access to the fully functional suite of modules available.

Subscriptions can be purchased by individuals, groups and regions, and are valid for 12 months. Once a license has been purchased, you will have access to all system modules.

A license is required for:

  • Members
  • Appliances
  • Observers (members who can view broadcasts and discussions, but can’t interact)
  • Dashboards
  • API

Renewals

When your membership is due for renewal, you will receive reminder notices prior to your subscription expiring. Reminders come in the form of an email and an SMS, so please ensure that you have your correct details registered in the system.

Please ensure that your BART subscription is kept up to date, as expired subscriptions may result in you not receiving notifications.
