Reset a Members Password
Group and District Administrators are able to reset a members password for them through the Members WebApp.
1. Log into the Members WebApp
2. Select ‘Members’ from the sub-menu provided
3. You will see a list of members within your group
4. Click on a member and a dialogue box will appear
5. In the bottom left-hand corner of the dialogue box, you should see a button titled ‘Reset Password’.
6. By clicking the reset password button, your member will receive an email with a new temporary password that they can use to login.
Please note: The above Reset Password won’t work if the Member hasn’t verified their email address. In this circumstance, you can type a temporary password in the field provided.
The Member will then be prompted to enter in a new password when they next login.
