Below is a short explanation of when to use the ‘Renew’ option for your annual BART subscription, and when to use the ‘Additional Licences’ option.

Renew

When you receive a notification that your annual BART subscription is about to expire, you’ll need to renew if you want to continue using the system.

Select this option to purchase your annual BART subscription for your whole Brigade, Group, or Unit.

Please note: You can adjust the number of BART licences that you would like to purchase, as your needs may have changed throughout the year.

 

Additional Licenses

When a new Member or Dashboard account is created within BART, an additional licence may be required. This will depend on whether the Group or District has a spare licence available. 

Select this option between your annual renewal date when a new Member has joined your Group.

 Please note: Don’t select this option when trying to renew a Group subscription, as it interferes with the invoicing details, and you may not receive all rebates applicable to your purchase.
