Unique Login Required

When you’re trying to add a new Member to a Brigade, Group or Unit, you might see one of the following error messages:

  • Unique Login Required

  • Unique Email Address Required

  • Unique Mobile Number Required

This means that the Member already exists within the BART system, where they may have been deleted from a previous Group.

Restore a Deleted Member

The easiest way to overcome this issue is to do a quick search within your Group or District to see if they were a previous Member:

If the Member you are trying to add previously belonged to a different Group or District, you’ll need to Invite them to join your Group or District.

Invite an Existing Member to Join

  1. Log into the BART Members Web App and select ‘Administration’ from the main menu

  2. Select ‘Members’ from the sub-menu provided

  1. Select the ‘ADD +’ button at the top of the screen

  2. A popup dialogue box will appear

  3. You will be required to enter in either the Email Address or Phone Number that they've registered within BART

  4. Click on the 'Invite Member' button at the bottom of the dialogue box 

  5. Follow up with your Member to determine if they have received and actioned the request
