Predefined Messages
You have the ability to select from a list of Predefined Messages when sending out a new Broadcast. The Predefined Messages need to be first created within the Members Admin Portal, before they will be available for selection within the BART Team App.
How do i setup Predefined Messages?
Log into the BART Members WebApp
Navigate to ‘Administration’ in the main menu, and select ‘Predefined Messages’ from the sub menu.
If you administer more than one group, select your group from the dropdown provided.
Select the red ‘New’ button.
A popup will appear.
Give your Predefined Message a ‘Label’.
Write your message in the text field provided.
Click on the green ‘Create’ button.
