Please note:

You need to have a different sound set for 'alerts' and 'non-alerts' if you want a different setting for 'Ignore Do not Disturb'.
If you have not received a push since installing the BART Team App, the categories will not appear.

If you have followed the steps above and you are still having trouble ignoring the 'Do not Disturb' setting, try the following:

Ensure that your Android has been updated to the latest operating system - Settings > About Phone > Software Information
Ensure you have updated your BART Team App to the latest version (click here for BART release information)
Check your settings - Settings > Sounds and Vibration > Do not disturb > Allow Exceptions
Restart your device
