Members with the appropriate permissions have the ability to customise the formatting of email notifications.
Customising your Emails
- Navigate to the 'Settings' item in the main menu
- The 'Options' tab should be open by default
- Scroll down until you see the form items below:
- Enter in your text for the:
- Email Subject
- Email Header
- Email Body
- Email Footer
You can also use the variables below to pull information from the system for inclusion within the email:
- #{ContactName}# - This is a variable which will be replaced by the actual contact name of the job
- {{SHIFT_TEMPLATE}} – This is a designation in which the contents will be used for a template when listing each shift for the job
- {{CREW_TEMPLATE}} – This is a designation in which the contents will be used for displaying each crew information, with the shift items underneath
- {{JOB_PROPERTIES}} – This is the section which will display all the job properties
