Members with the appropriate permissions have the ability to customise the formatting of email notifications.

Customising your Emails

  1. Navigate to the 'Settings' item in the main menu
  2. The 'Options' tab should be open by default
  3. Scroll down until you see the form items below:

  4. Enter in your text for the:
    1. Email Subject
    2. Email Header
    3. Email Body
    4. Email Footer

You can also use the variables below to pull information from the system for inclusion within the email:

  • #{ContactName}#  - This is a variable which will be replaced by the actual contact name of the job
  • {{SHIFT_TEMPLATE}} – This is a designation in which the contents will be used for a template when listing each shift for the job
  • {{CREW_TEMPLATE}} – This is a designation in which the contents will be used for displaying each crew information, with the shift items underneath
  • {{JOB_PROPERTIES}} – This is the section which will display all the job properties
