Once you have installed the BART app on your device, tap on the icon to launch the app.
You’ll see a login screen, where you can add in your BART credentials. Fill out your username and password details in the fields provided.
If you have 2-Factor Authentication enabled, you will need to check your associated email to access your validation code to login.
Once logged into BART, your credentials are securely stored so you won’t need to keep entering your details every time you open the app.
The first thing you’ll see after logging in is the option to choose between ‘List View’ and ‘Quick View’. You can change this option at any stage via the ‘Settings’ screen.
Quick View
A single incident is displayed in a simple to read format. You can swipe across the screen to view different incidents, or use the arrows provided.
List View
A more condensed interface that displays multiple alerts, and has additional options not available on the Quick View screen.
