Edit your Personal Details

The easiest way to check and maintain your Personal Details is via the BART Team Smart Device App. Just open up the BART App on your device, and tap the hamburger icon in the top left-hand corner of the screen.

Tap on ‘Settings’ in the main menu.

What can you View or Edit?

Depending on the business rules enforced by your Agency, you will be able to view and edit your details below:

Profile

• Name

• Mobile

• Email

• Positions (View only)

• Reset Password

• Qualifications (View and acknowledge Expiring Qualifications)

Broadcast Messages

• Alert Notifications (On/ Off Toggle)

• General Notifications (On/ Off Toggle)

• General Tone (Default or Custom)

• Alert Tone (Default or Custom)

• Broadcast Filter (select Group/s from list that you don’t want to see activity from)

Discussion Messages

• Discussion Notifications (Default or Custom)

• Discussion Tone (Default or Custom)

District Messages

(Viewable with District Permissions only)

• District Notifications (On/ Off Toggle)

• District Standard Tone (Default or Custom)

• District Alert Tone (Default or Custom)
