Edit your Personal Details

The easiest way to check and maintain your Personal Details is via the BART Team Smart Device App.

Open up the BART App on your device, and tap the hamburger icon in the top left-hand corner of the screen.

Tap on ‘Settings’ in the main menu.

What can you View or Edit?

Depending on the business rules enforced by your Agency, you will be able to view and edit your details below:

Profile

  • Name

  • Mobile

  • Email

  • Positions (View only)

  • Reset Password

  • Qualifications (View and acknowledge Expiring Qualifications)

Broadcast Messages

  • Alert Notifications (On/ Off Toggle)

  • General Notifications (On/ Off Toggle)

  • General Tone (Default or Custom)

  • Alert Tone (Default or Custom)

  • Broadcast Filter (select Group/s from list that you don’t want to see activity from)

Discussion Messages

  • Discussion Notifications (Default or Custom)

  • Discussion Tone (Default or Custom)

District Messages

(Viewable with District Permissions only)

  • District Notifications (On/ Off Toggle)

  • District Standard Tone (Default or Custom)

  • District Alert Tone (Default or Custom)

  • Show District View by Default (On/ Off Toggle)

  • Show all District Messages (On/ Off Toggle)

Critical Alerts

  • On/ Off Toggle

  • Adjust Volume Slider

Test Notification

(To check device Push Notifications and Alert Tones)

Group Requests

(To request or view Member requests to join your Group)

Warning:

Sometimes the ‘Delete Account’ option is mistaken for the ‘Log Off’ option.

Selecting ‘Delete Account’ will result in you no longer having access to your BART Account, including all Notifications. We recommend not using this option unless you are certain that you don’t want access to BART anymore.
