Once you’re a BART Member, you will have control over your account and settings.  Your Account Settings can be accessed via the BART Team Smartphone App and the Members Admin Portal.

Access via the BART Team Smartphone App

Open up the BART Team App on your device and tap on the hamburger icon to open up the main menu.

Scroll down the menu and tap on ‘Settings’.

Access via the Members Admin Portal

Open the Admin Portal within your preferred web browser (we recommend Chrome).

Click on the ‘My Profile' item in the main menu.
