Assign Qualifications to your Members

As an administrator, you have the ability to assign one or more qualifications to the members in your group.

Please note: You can only assign the qualifications that have been assigned to your Organisation. You can request additional qualifications for your Organisation by contacting our support desk.

 

Log into the BART Members WebApp

Navigate to ‘Administration’ in the main menu, and select ‘Members’ from the sub menu

If you administer more than one group, select your group from the dropdown provided

Select your member from the list - a popup dialogue box will appear

Click on the ‘Qualifications’ tab

You’ll see a list of all qualifications that have been assigned to the Member. If your Member doesn’t yet have any qualifications, the table will be blank.

Click on the ‘Add’ button.

You will then be able to either search for a specific qualification available to your Organisation, or scroll through the list provided.

You can select multiple qualifications by holding down the COMMAND (mac) or CONTROL (pc) key.

 

When you’re ready, click ‘Add Qualification’.

You’ll then see your selected qualifications assigned to the Member.

For each Qualification, your Group can choose to use the ‘Obtained’ and ‘Expiry’ functionality. When set, the Member will receive automatically generated reminders when their Qualification is about to expire.

 

You can also select whether the Qualification is visible in the system, ie. Dashboard, Crew Builder module.

When you’re ready, click ‘Save’.
