How do I View a Members Role?

When a person’s profile is created in BART there is a field to add the person’s position held in that particular Group. A person can hold different positions in different Groups.

Through the BART Team SmartPhone App, you can view a members role in the following ways:

Contacts

Navigate to the main menu by tapping on the hamburger icon in the top left-hand side of the screen.

Open

Tap on ‘Contacts’

Tap on a Contact in your list to see their Role

Open

Attendees

Tap on a Broadcast Message to see the Attendees

You will see a list of those attending, and their Role

Settings

Navigate to the main menu by tapping on the hamburger icon in the top left-hand side of the screen.

Tap on ‘Settings’

You will see your positions in all Groups that you are a Member of
