Assign Licenses
Once you have purchased a pack of BART licenses for your Group or District, you have the ability to select the Members who you want to assign each license to.

Log into the BART Members Admin Portal webapp
Navigate to ‘Subscriptions’ in the main menu.
Click on the 3 dot ‘Options’ button, where you’ll see a dropdown menu.
Click on the ‘Assign Licenses’ item.
A popup dialogue box appear, displaying a list of Members within the Group.
Along the top you’ll see an overview of your Group subscription status, including:
The number of current licenses
The number of Members in your Group that don’t have a current license
The Groups renewal date
For each of your Members, you can either tick the checkbox under ‘License’ to assign a license to, or uncheck the box to remove a license from the Member.
All settings will be automatically saved and applied to your Members.
