My Dashboard isn’t showing the map
Problem
The map isn’t showing on my Dashboard.
Solution
The Dashboard has been designed to disable the map automatically if the page has been refreshed more than 4 times. This has been implemented as a security enhancement, to prevent robots and malicious activity on the platform.
You don’t need to manually refresh the screen
The Dashboard platform has been carefully designed to automatically update by itself. This ensures that the latest data is displayed at all times and eliminates the need to manually refresh the screen.
If you do need to manually refresh the content, use the refresh button provided in the top toolbar - don’t manually refresh the page using your web browser.
Check your Plugins
Have a look at what browser plugins you’re using, and disable any that may cause your browser to refresh.
