Set the 'Top 3' Critical Qualifications for your Group

The 3 most important qualifications for each group may be set by a Group Administrator.

Critical qualifications are highlighted in the interface, where the total number of members who have that qualification is displayed:

1. Log into the BART Members WebApp
   
   

2. Select ‘Administration’ from the main menu, and click on ‘Groups’ from the sub menu
   
   

3. You will see a list of the groups you administer - Select the group you would like to edit
   
   

    

4. A popup dialogue box will appear, with the ‘Details’ tab open by default
   
   

    

5. Scroll down until you see ‘Qualification 1, Qualification 2, Qualification 3’
   
   

    

6. Click the dropdown menu provided to select your first critical qualification
   
   

    

7. Do the same for the remaining 2 top qualifications
   
   

8. When you’re ready, click ‘Save’
