Multiple Groups

We’ve introduced ‘Multiple Groups’ to help improve the accuracy of member Availability. If you belong to multiple BART groups, you’ll now be able to set individual Availability statuses for each group.

How does it work?

  1. Tap on ‘Availability’ in the bottom menu – the ‘Weekly’ tab will be open by default

     

  2. To select a specific group, tap on the ‘Groups’ icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen.

     

  3. A popup will appear, listing each of the BART groups that you belong to

     

  4. By default, ‘All Groups’ will be selected, which will record your availability updates across all groups

  5. To update your Availability for a specific group, tap on one of the groups listed

  6. With your specific group selected, start updating your Availability in the ‘Weekly’ tab

  7. When you’re happy with your Availability update, tap on ‘Save’ at the top of the screen
