Strike Teams

The new ‘Strike Team’ functionality has been developed to provide easy participation in Organisation-wide campaign activities. You can now set your Strike Team availability, in addition to your regular group-based availability.

Set your Strike Team Availability

Calendar View

  1. Navigate to ‘Availability’ in the main bottom menu

     

  2. Tap ‘Strike Team’ in the toggle slider up the top of the screen

     

  3. The ‘Calendar’ tab will be open by default

     

  4. You will see a calendar that marks out your Strike Team status for each day

     

  5. You can use the toggle slider to select your availability type for Strike Team Requests:
    - Out of Area
    - Local
    - Clear

     

  6. Tap on the calendar dates to set your Strike Team availability for that day


Members View

  1. Navigate to ‘Availability’ in the main bottom menu

     

  2. Tap ‘Strike Team’ in the toggle slider up the top of the screen

     

  3. Tap on the ‘Members’ tab

     

  4. You will see a monthly view of Strike Team availability for each member in your group

     

  5. Use the arrows provided to navigate between months

Members Tab

  1. Log into the BART Members WebApp

     

  2. Navigate to ‘Availability’ in the main menu

     

  3. Select the ‘Strike Team’ tab at the top-left of the screen

     

  4. You will see the ‘Members’ tab open by default, which displays a view of daily totals for each Strike Team status. Below the tally overview table, you will see a list of each member’s Strike Team availability for the same selected date range.

     

  5. You can adjust the date range by selecting the date or using the arrows provided

     

  6. You can filter Members by selecting one or more qualifications using the drop-down picker provided

     

  7. Based on your permission level, you can use the top drop-down menu provided to select a specific group from your District

     


Overview Tab

  1. Log into the BART Members WebApp

     

  2. Navigate to ‘Availability’ in the main menu

     

  3. Select the ‘Strike Team’ tab at the top-left of the screen

     

  4. Navigate to the ‘Overview’ tab in the top right-hand corner of the screen

     

  5. Based on your permission level, you can use the drop-down menu provided to select one or more groups from your District

     

  6. You can adjust the date range by selecting the date or using the arrows provided

     

  7. You can filter Members by selecting one or more qualifications using the drop-down picker provided
