Renew your Subscription

When your membership is due for renewal, you will receive reminder notices prior to your subscription expiring. Reminders come in the form of an email and an SMS, so please ensure that you have your correct details registered in the system.

How do I Renew my Subscription?

BART Website

If you are a Member of BART, follow the link below:

Purchase

You will be directed to the Members Admin Portal, and prompted to log into your account.

Once logged in, you will be directed to the Subscriptions area where you can view your Individual or Group subscription status.

You can either select the ‘Renew’ button, or the 3 dot ‘Options’ button and selecting ‘Renew Subscription’ from the dropdown menu.

A popup dialogue box will appear, where you will see the system ‘Terms and Conditions’ document. You will need to tick the ‘I agree to the Terms and Conditions’ checkbox before proceeding.

Check the box and click ‘Next’.

You’ll see a summary of the renewal, including the Individual, Group, or District’s name within the BART system. You’ll also see the number of Members within the subscription, the number that have current licenses, and the number of licenses required to cover all members, appliances, dashboards, and API’s.

Enter the number of BART licenses that you would like to purchase in the ‘Quantity’ field. The price of the renewal will be automatically generated and viewable at the bottom of the dialogue box.

 

When you click ‘Add’ you’ll see a summary of the purchase, where you’ll need to enter in the ‘Receipt Details’ and ‘Billing Address’.

In the next step you’ll be required to select your preferred payment type, where you have the option of adding a Purchase Order number if required.

When you’re ready, click ‘Submit’.

Members Admin Portal - Direct

You can also go directly to the Members Admin Portal webapp to renew your subscription.

Select ‘Subscription’ from the main menu and follow the same steps listed above.

 

What Payment Methods are Available?

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit card – (MasterCard or Visa) via the secure PayPal portal

Bank transfer – Can take between 7 and 14 days for transfers to appear in our account and for us to process. You can email your remittance advice to accounts@bart.com.au

Mailed cheque – Can take up to 7-14 business days to be received and processed by our financial institution.

 

Please note: We encourage you to ensure your BART subscription is kept up to date, as expired subscriptions may result in you not receiving notifications.
