Assign Qualifications to your Members

As an administrator, you have the ability to assign one or more qualifications to the members in your group.

Please note: You can only assign the qualifications that have been assigned to your Organisation. You can request additional qualifications for your Organisation by contacting our support desk.

 

  1. Log into the BART Members WebApp

  2. Navigate to ‘Administration’ in the main menu, and select ‘Members’ from the sub menu

     

  3. If you administer more than one group, select your group from the dropdown provided

     

  4. Select your member from the list - a popup dialogue box will appear

     

  5. Click on the ‘Qualifications’ tab

     

  6. You’ll see a list of qualifications available to your Organisation:

     

  7. For each qualification you want to assign:

    1. Tick the ‘Assign’ checkbox

    2. Tick the ‘Visible’ checkbox (optional – this will display the qualification alongside the member ie. When they’re attending a callout, within Availability etc.)

    3. Enter in a date for ‘Obtained’ and ‘Expiry’ (optional)

       

  8. Updates made to end-user’s qualifications are saved automatically
